Hi Vidya, thanks for visiting my site...regarding your question about agave nectar, I have no idea where you can find it in India, I would guess larger supermarkets may be keeping it in stock...in case you do not find agave nectar you can substitute brown sugar which is healthier than white sugar and use about 1 1/2 times agave to get the same level of sweetness or more if you want sweeter...do let me know if you make it :-)
