i feel i've done the things that need to be done
all tasks are finished and laurels are won

and i've seen the sights that need to be seen
when nothing is left in life to redeem

what makes me push the minute so far
what makes me bring life into every hour

what should i do to make my heart beat
what should i do to move my two feet

when there is no courage to start again
when there is way too much burden n pain

O Lord lend me a helping hand
hold me as i stagger, help me stand

as i thread a path with no clue,
lead me to walk unto targets anew

The snacks n breaks n rides n calls
no end to the wonders i recall

Many a secret we hide in our hearts
no time or place can do us apart

perseverence a name for thee
is laks my friend, and u'll agree

Judge her, i really can't no more
we still are there from days of yore

shez special to me and thatz all i know
for thru smiles or none, together we grow

bosom friends are hard to find
especially of lakshmi's kind
